IRNIR provides a foundation for advanced DNWS courses. The two-day, tuition-free awareness course targets all personnel expected to perform in a support capacity during a radiological and/or nuclear incident or attack. It is designed to increase confidence when operating in the rad/nuc environment and is for any DoD Active, Guard, and Reserve military, and federal, state, tribal, civilian first and second responders/emergency managers. The course is DHS accredited and is recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE).

McKinley County OEM is hosting a HazMat EOC Based Functional Exercise and are in need of a controller for the SimCell and an evaluator for the EOC. They will not be able to pay any travel funds but will greatly appreciate the assistance.
The exercise will begin at 0900 on Thursday, October 5th, 2017.
