These courses are 4 hour courses that reflect HSEEP training and provide in-depth understanding of both the controller and evaluator position and function during exercises.

Effective June 26, Luna County’s administrative offices will move to a 4-day week forecasting utility cost savings of 13% and, based on studies of other counties, a 15-20% increase in employee productivity. Under the new schedule, employees will work 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a half hour for lunch, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, offices would close except for the Sheriff’s Department, the county detention center, and the county-owned Starmax Center.
